A deposit is required to secure certain appointments. All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service. Please communicate any changes to your appointment as soon as possible. Advance notice allows me to best accommodate you and other clients. you are able to cancel online up to 24 hours before the appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. For appointments requiring a deposit: If you fail to show up without prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost. * Example: If the appointment cost is $170, a $85 charge will be applied. For appointments not requiring a deposit: A no call/no show will result in a mandatory deposit requirement for all future bookings. Multiple no call/no shows: If you miss more than one appointment without notifying me, you will no longer be permitted to book future appointments. for color appointments: you are highly encouraged to follow my vivid color aftercare and use professional grade products, if not done, I cannot guarantee your hair color. any issues must be brought up within one week after the appointment. Color bookings: If you book a double process or single process color, you will be getting a text message from me asking for a picture of your current hair, a description of your color history, and inspo pictures of what you are looking to get. If you do not respond to these messages within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or change your mind to a different set of colors or service without letting me know 48 hours in advance, I may not have the product available for your appointment and you may need to reschedule with a fee.
